Our Process — From Vision to Plans
A clear, simple process to take your project from concept to construction.
1. Initial Consultation
We start with a conversation about your goals, style, and project requirements. The objective is to design a clear program, or a narrative of what is required to make your project successful.
2. Schematic Design
We develop preliminary floor plans and light elevation concepts. At this stage, the design remains flexible and easy to adjust, keeping the focus on getting the floor plan right before adding layers of detail.
3. Design Development
With feedback from you, we complete the elevations and refine the design through revisions. This step ensures your home’s look and layout work together seamlessly.
4. Construction Drawings & QC
We finish the full construction drawings, including views and details as needed. Before final delivery, every project goes through a quality control check — confirming consistency of standards, and accuracy of details.
