2. Schematic Floor Plan Development
Once we understand your vision, we put pencil to paper.
We'll create early floor plan sketches and rough exterior ideas so you can start to see your home taking shape. Nothing is locked in at this stage. This is the time to say "move that wall" or "I want a bigger porch" and we'll adjust until it feels exactly right.
Think of it as trying on the design before we tailor it.
3. Design Refinement and Coordination
With your feedback in hand, we polish the exterior look, fine tune the floor plan, and make sure everything works together beautifully both inside and out. We go back and forth with you until you love what you see. No rushing, no cutting corners.
Everything we do is handled in house, start to finish. No outsourcing, no handoffs to strangers. That means faster turnaround and complete quality control every time.
4. Construction Drawings and Quality Control
This is where everything comes together. We deliver a complete, professional set of construction drawings that your builder needs to break ground with confidence. Before we hand anything over, every set of plans goes through a thorough quality check: every dimension, every detail, every page reviewed for accuracy.
